Nominations

​​​​​Nominations for Choral Fanfare 2025 are now open.

Schools wishing to participate in the 2025 program should register their choir/s via the Choral Fanfare nomination portal​.

Only one account per school can be set up through the nomination portal. One teacher must set up the account as the coordinating teacher. Other teachers at the school can access the account using the log in details created by the coordinating teacher.

Before registering your choir/s, please ensure you read and follow the Choral Fanfare 2025 participation guidelines for eligibility and fees.

When nominating, teachers will be asked to enter their choir/s into a division. More information about the divisions, including the division descriptions can be found in the participation guidelines. These descriptors have been updated since 2023 in an attempt to provide more clarity around the parameters for each division. To provide further guidance, a list of repertoire suggestions​​ for each division has been created as a reference tool to accompany these division descriptions.​

The Choral Fanfare How to Guide for nominations is also available to view, to assist when creating a new account and entering nominations.

Nominations for Choral Fanfare will close on Friday 28 February 2025.​

Program Costs

​A participation fee of $130 per choir will be charged to schools to deliver the Choral Fanfare program and covers program administration and adjudication costs.​
