After all regional finals have finished, the regional final adjudicators will convene to select up to 5 primary choirs and up to 5 secondary choirs from the most outstanding performance awardees at the regional finals. These choirs will be invited to perform at the Choral Fanfare state final concerts in Brisbane as follows.
- The primary choirs selected at regional finals will perform for adjudicators at the Choral Fanfare 2025 primary state final concert.
- The primary choir deemed to have given the most outstanding performance will be invited to open the secondary state final concert later in the day. This performance is not compulsory.
- The secondary choirs selected at the regional finals will perform for adjudicators at the Choral Fanfare 2025 secondary state final concert.
- The most outstanding primary and secondary performers will receive the respective Choral Fanfare perpetual trophy.
The state final concerts will be held in the Conservatorium Theatre at Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University on Friday 15 August 2025. The primary and secondary state final concerts will commence at 1 pm and 7 pm respectively.

Schools who are invited to attend the state final concerts, and are located more than 60 km from the Brisbane CBD, will receive a travel subsidy for up to 70 performers per choir. Eligible schools will also receive a travel subsidy for one teacher per 15 students, for up to 5 teachers.
All travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transfers while in Brisbane, must be organised and paid for by the school. Any expenses exceeding the subsidy will also be covered by the school.
