In 2022, Creative Generation—State Schools Onstage (CGEN) celebrated its 18th year.
More than 1,700 talented students came together from over 130 Queensland state schools with the support of teachers, parents, professional artists and production crew to produce 4 spectacular performances at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on from Thursday 14 July through to Saturday 16 July.
The theme for this year’s production was All Of Us. This theme celebrated the importance of self-reflection and being the change you want to see in the world. When we find our own voice, we can inspire people around us to make a real difference. Creative Generation 2022 shone a light on how important it is to be yourself and to feel proud of who you are.
